Family tourist complex of 25 apartments with capacity of 2, 4 and 6 persons.
The complex is divided into two blocks of flats, assembled by a café-bar-restaurant with a swimming-pool and a small supermarket.
Located in S’argamassa residential area, 4 Km. away from Santa Eulalia del Río village, and shortly 10 minutes walk from Punta Arabí, where you can find the biggest hippy-market of the island. The area is well-known thanks to its peace and quiet.
Apartments have easy access to the beach, since the closest beach is only 200 m. away.
